How much will Compensate cost me?
The percentage of your damages which you are asked to pay will be significantly less than that charged by claims companies. However, the percentage will vary from case to case, depending on the difficulty and complexity of the case. Typically the percentage will not exceed 20% and includes VAT, the cost of the insurance policy and outlays. Once a percentage has been agreed, you can be confident that no matter how long it takes or how much work is involved, you will not be asked to pay any more. There are no hidden extras.
