Graeme Garrett has been Digby Brown's Managing Partner since 2000, having specialised in personal Injury litigation on behalf of trades union and private clients for more than 30 years. He acted for a number of families and survivors in claims arising out of the Piper Alpha Disaster and also served on the Steering Committee of the Scottish Solicitors' Myodil Group.
Graeme is a founder member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) in Scotland and is a former Council Member of the Law Society of Scotland. He is a past convenor of The Law Society of Scotland's Personal Injury Panel and has represented the Society on the Ogden Tables Working Party since 1998. Graeme is a regular speaker at legal education conferences and seminars on personal injury related topics and he has a special interest in catastrophic Injury
