Graeme Garrett has specialised in personal Injury litigation on behalf of trade union and private clients for more than 30 years. He acted for a number of families and survivors in claims arising out of the Piper Alpha Disaster and also served on the Steering Committee of the Scottish Solicitors' Myodil Group.
Graeme is a founder member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) in Scotland and is a former Council member of the Law Society of Scotland. He is a past convenor of The Law Society of Scotland's Personal Injury Panel and has represented the Society on the Ogden Tables Working Party since 1998. Graeme is a regular speaker at legal education conferences and seminars on personal injury related topics and he has a special interest in catastrophic injury.
