Sue Grant is head of the clinical negligence department with over 20 years experience in PI
litigation. Keen interest in cerebral palsy cases and has been involved in many litigated cases,
both medical and dental , in recent years. Is also a specialist in child adoption and legal adviser
to Scottish Adoption Association.
Sue graduated from Aberdeen University in 1984 and has been a Partner with Digby Brown since
1998. In 2008 she was appointed to Digby Brown's Executive Board and works in our Edinburgh office.
Sue is a member of APIL and AVMA as well as being accredited by The Law Society of
Scotland as a specialist in Personal Injury Law and Medical Negligence.
