Innes joined us in 2001 having graduated in 1989 from the University of Edinburgh, he qualified as solicitor in 1992 and is also a notary public. Innes had several years of experience in personal injury law, road traffic accident claims and civil litigation before joining the Correspondent Department of our glenrothes office where he specialses mostly in Sheriff Court work with some Court of Session work, dealing with a variety of personal injury cases from minor RTA cases to serious accidents involving fatalities and catastrophic injury. Innes is an accredited specialist in Personal Injury Law with Law Society of Scotland; a member of and accredited specialist of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL); a member of the committee of Headway Fife; and treasurer of Eczema Scotland.
