Kim joined us in 2000. She is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde and qualified in 1999. Kim works in the Correspondent Department of our Edinburgh office. She specialises in Court of Session pursuer personal injury work dealing with cases arising from industrial accidents, industrial disease and Criminal Injuries Compensation, she has a particular interest in accidents abroad. Kim is also a Council member for Edinburgh of the Law Society of Scotland and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a member of the pan European Organisation of Personal injury Lawyers (PEOPIL).
