Kathleen joined us as a Welfare Rights Adviser in August 2008 following over 20 years experience within The Department for Work and Pensions. She has worked in a variety of posts within the DWP including Benefits Supervisor, Decision Maker & Benefits Training Officer. She has spent the last few years as a Customer Liaison Manager specialising in giving benefits advice and assistance to DWP clients.
