Brenda Mitchell is a Litigation Partner and Head of the Motorcycle Law Department. Brenda graduated from Aberdeen University in 1984 and enrolled as a solicitor in 1987. Brenda specialises in personal injury litigation and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). With more than 20 years experience representing the interests of injured motorcyclists, Brenda is widely recognised as one of Scotland’s leading experts in the field of motorcycle accident law. Brenda has a special interest in single vehicle accidents involving motorcyclists who have lost control as a result of road surface defects.
