Mark is a graduate of the Universities of Stirling, Napier and Aberdeen and holds degrees in both History and Law. He has previously worked in our Dundee and Glenrothes offices and is currently based in the Edinburgh office in the Industrial Disease team. Mark has experience of both Sheriff Court and Court of Session litigation and is an Association of Personal Injury Lawyers' accredited Litigator. He has experience in securing compensation for the victims of road traffic and workplace accidents, and has pursued cases for injuries on board ships and fishing vessels. Mark has also pursued claims for damages under the Human Rights Act 1998.
