Ross Slater has more than 15 years experience in dealing with pursuers' personal injury claims. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1989, he joined Digby Brown in 1992 and became a partner in 1997. Ross has always been based in the Glasgow office, gaining experience in the Union team in both claim work and litigation. He leads the referral team. He chaired the successful seminar programme on the new PI Sheriff Court rules.

Ross litigates in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts, dealing with all personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability claims and criminal injuries compensation. He is working on claims for those injured in the Stockline/ICL building collapse. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law.
