Ross is the head of the Motorcycle Law Department, a specialist team
that is dedicated to helping those who have been involved in a motorcycle accident in
Scotland. The department has a wealth of experience of working with a number of
clubs, including Kirkcaldy and District and Melville Motor Club and individual motorcyclists in
Scotland, not only to get them back on the road as quickly as possible, but also in maximising
their compensation.
Ross joined the firm in 1992, becoming a partner in 1997. Having gained
valuable experience in many types of
personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public
liability claims and criminal injuries compensation, he lead the Referral team
before joining the Motorcycle Law Department. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland
as a specialist in Personal Injury Law, and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury
Lawyers. He works from both the Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
