Jim Wright joined Digby Brown as Partnership Secretary in 1991. A graduate in Business Administration at Strathclyde University, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978. Before joining Digby Brown, he gained experience in the leisure and financial services sectors.
As the firm’s Director of Finance and member of the Professional Management Team, he is responsible for all matters financial, including supervision of a team of five cashiers and compliance with the Law Society of Scotland’s Accounts Rules. He is also a director and Company Secretary of Compensate, Digby Brown’s litigation funding vehicle.
When not at Digby Brown, he tries without much success to reduce his golf handicap, and his financial background is put to use as treasurer of his Church.
