"Brenda Mitchell is a partner in our Edinburgh office.
She graduated from Aberdeen University in 1984 and enrolled as a Solicitor in 1987. She has specialised in personal injury work since qualifying and has handled large numbers of cases on behalf of both trade union and private clients. A former partner with Thompsons Solicitors, Brenda joined Digby Brown as a partner in 1998.
Brenda is the Departmental head for the Direct Clients Team. She has a wealth of experience in handling accidents at work, public liability claims and road traffic cases. Motor-cycle accidents are a particular interest and Brenda is responsible for the administration of a dedicated motor-cycle claims unit.
Brenda is a member of APIL.

Brian returned to his native Dundee to join Digby Brown in 1996 and was assumed as a partner in 2002. Brian deals with a wide range of personal injury work on behalf of claimants. He litigates in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session and has extensive experience of road traffic, particularly motorcycle, and employers liability litigation.
Brian is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Society of Scotland. He is also accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Outside of work, Brian is Chair of Headway Tayside, a local branch of the national charity dedicated to support persons with acquired brain injury and their families.
