Brian is the head of the Motorcycle Law Department, a specialist team
that is dedicated to helping those who have been involved in a motorcycle accident in
Scotland. The department has a wealth of experience of working with a number of
clubs, including Kirkcaldy and District and Melville Motor Club and individual motorcyclists in
Scotland, not only to get them back on the road as quickly as possible, but also in maximising
their compensation.
Brian became a partner with the firm in 2002 and was appointed to Digby
Brown's Executive Board in 2008. Brian deals with a wide range of personal injury work on behalf of
claimants. He litigates in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session and has extensive
experience of road traffic, particularly motorcycle, and employers liability
litigation.
Brian is an accredited specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Society of Scotland. He is also accredited as a senior litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
