Swanney included in Directory of Legal Services to brain
injured
Should families need to seek advice from a legal professional following a child’s brain
injury, it is important that the legal professional they choose has the necessary experience
in handling such complex cases.
The Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT) and the British Institute for Brain Injured Children
(bibic) have developed a brand new ‘Directory of Legal Services’ as a guide for parents seeking
legal advocacy for their child.
This directory features information and contact details for many of the UK’s leading personal
injury law firms including Digby Brown Solicitors.
Digby Brown’s Robert Swanney commented: “Families are often unprepared to deal with the
issues and often completely unaware of the services they may need to access; at Digby Brown we are
here to help.”
All members are vetted by a panel and have agreed to abide to a code of conduct as laid out
by CBIT and bibic.
