In June 2006 Rafal Kowalski, Bartek Kasprzak, Kamil Patusiak, Michal Drwal and Oktwian Nitka came up with the idea of a Polish football team that was able to play mmateur football in Edinburgh. SC United Edinburgh was formed and joined the Edinburgh Sunday Amateur FA on 28th June 2007. The name of the team invented by Bartek Kasprzak symbolizes unity, strength and determination in striving for one common goal. There aim is to play in the top division of the Sunday Amateur League.
