Services to Brokers
Digby Brown is one of Scotland’s leading specialist personal injury firms, ranked  Band 1 in Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2008. Although the firm covers the full spectrum of personal injury work, its uninsured loss recovery unit can offer a specialist service to insurers, brokers and claims companies. Digby Brown acts exclusively for pursuers.

How we work
The firm is structured into practice units with over 50 fee earners spread across our network of offices in Scotland. We have specialist departments dealing with the specific needs of people who have spinal injuries, brain injuries, industrial disease, criminal injuries, medical negligence as well as motorcycle accidents and uninsured loss recovery.

Managing your cases
At Digby Brown we aim to provide a quality proactive service. Our ethos is not to allow third party insurers to dictate the pace of a claim, but to exercise control from the outset. We are not afraid to litigate. We have developed our own case management system, to which our referrers can be given secure direct access. We will happily tailor our procedures and reporting practices to your requirements.

Don’t ask us, ask them
We currently receive cases referred from Allianz Cornhill, Keystone Legal Benefits, Swift Prestige Hire, the Broker Network, Helphire Group and the Accident Advice Line.

Funding
Digby Brown operates its own funding company, Compensate, which provides a full funding and indemnity package. This gives clients access to justice with no financial risk.
