As a firm we offer a bespoke service to others who wish to litigate in the Court of Session or Sheriff Courts, or who simply require advice on any area of personal injury law. We are much more than the traditional Court of Session agent. We can provide advice without charge, on the merits or quantum in any personal injury claim. We can also provide a full funding and indemnity package through our funding arm, Compensate, to give your clients access to justice at no financial risk to themselves.
How we can help you

We are always happy to provide a consultancy service. You can send us your file or papers and we will look at it and advise on the merits or quantum, entirely free of charge.
Alternatively, you may wish to instruct us to litigate as your Court of Session agent, in which case we can provide a complete funding and indemnity package through our funding arm, Compensate. If we accept a case under the Compensate scheme we pay substantial commission at the end of the case. The client remains your client. If you refer a client to a local competitor, you risk losing the client to that firm. However, as we deal purely with personal injury cases, we will always refer your client back to you at the end of the case for financial advice or ancillary matters, such as conveyancing.
Finally, you may simply wish to pass the entire case to us and leave us to pursue it, in which case we would again pay substantial commission at the end of the case.
