Welcome to The Compensate Personal Injury Network - a new concept in helping firms of solicitors provide the best possible service to their personal injury clients.  

The Network gives members two options for dealing with personal injury cases - straight or partnership referrals.  Either option is an attractive alternative to both the referring solicitor and client when dealing in personal injury, a highly specialised and ever changing field of law.

What does this mean for you? By referring a case to the Network your clients benefit from the best possible service with their compensation claim.  You do not lose the relationship with your client as Digby Brown will not to take on any other work from them without your express consent.  You, the referring firm receive a significant share of the judicial expenses as well as a percentage of the success fee. 

In 2009, the average referral paid to solicitors was £2967.
