What do we ask of you: You will automatically be part of the Network on receipt of the first referral or once you confirm that you wish to partake in the Network. We will contact you to discuss your requirements before dispatching your members pack containing the Compensate promotional materials. There is no minimal case referral required and no commitment to having to send all your personal injuries cases, although, you may find your clients better served and the firm financially rewarded by the Network.
We are happy to accept straight referrals, however we would actively encourage firms to remain involved in cases. We want participating firms to build up a reputation locally for doing personal injury work so the work is attracted to them locally and therefore strengthening your brand and the Compensate brand nationally.
