Welfare Rights and Additional Learning Support
Accidents resulting in serious injury can cause more than medical problems for the victims. Some employers will not pay wages or salary if you are unable to work and this can quickly lead to problems in paying your rent or mortgage and meeting other household expenses. The firms specialist Welfare Rights Unit is available to help clients who need advice, support and representation with benefit claims.

Children that have been injured or disabled in accidents may need support in relation to their educational requirements. Digby Brown will act promptly to ensure that they obtain their legal entitlement under the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004.
