Accidents resulting in serious injury can cause more than medical problems for the victims. Some employers will not pay you if you are unable to work and this can quickly lead to problems in paying your rent or mortgage and meeting household expenses. Our specialist welfare rights unit is available to help clients who need advice, support and representation with benefit claims.
