Uninsured or untraced drivers
If you have been injured through the fault of a hit and run driver, or a driver who turns out to have been uninsured, we can assist you in making a claim to the Motor Insurers Bureau. This is an organisation funded by UK insurance companies to provide compensation to victims of uninsured or untraced motorists. (Link to MIB.)
