Bruce joined Digby Brown in 2008, after completing his LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Dundee.  He spent three years in our Dundee office before transferring to Edinburgh in 2011.  During his time at the firm, Bruce has been continuously based in our Insurance Litigation Department.  He predominantly assists the victims of road traffic accidents and accidents at work, but also assists clients in a wide variety of other types of personal injury cases.  He litigates cases in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and also in the Court of Session in Edinburgh.  After representing Scotland at the Louis M Brown International Client Counselling Competition in Bangalore, India in 2008, Bruce spent two years tutoring lawyer-client communication skills on the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Dundee.  Bruce is an accredited litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
