Elaine joined the firm in 2010, having graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2008 with an LLB (Hons), attaining her Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2009.   She  qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and works within the firm's Insurance Litigation team based in our Glasgow office.

Elaine litigates regularly in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.  She has a particular interest in cases stemming from accidents at work, road traffic accidents and occupiers liability claims.  Elaine is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is a Notary Public.
