Iona joined the firm in 2000 having graduated from Glasgow University in 1993. Following graduation, she undertook academic research at Glasgow University, tutored in Medical Law and Ethics and has been published. She is an Associate in our Glasgow office Union department, specialising in workplace accidents. In addition, she is experienced in road traffic accident litigation. She has pursued civil claims arising out of fatal accidents. She litigates in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She is a member of Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a Notary Public.
