Jacqueline joined us a Welfare Rights Adviser in August 2010. She previously worked with The Department for Work and Pensions for over 25 years. Her roles included working as a Decision Maker, Benefits Supervisor and visiting clients at home to assist them in claiming benefits.

Jacqueline currently advises clients on entitlement to welfare benefits, assists with completion of benefit application forms and also assists with appeals including representation, where appropriate. In 2011, the welfare rights department assisted clients in obtaining entitlement to £218,000 in annual benefit gain.
