Julia graduated with LLB (Hons) in 2006 from Glasgow Caledonian University and qualified as a Solicitor in 2009. After completing a specialised Traineeship in Mental Health and Incapacity Law, Julia joined Digby Brown in November 2009 as a Solicitor in our Employment Department. Julia represents both Trade Union and private clients and is a member of the Employment Law Group. Along with handling various Compromise Agreements, Julia provides advice and appears regularly in the Employment Tribunal in many aspects of Employment Law including Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Unlawful Deduction of Wages, Redundancy, TUPE and Equal Pay.
