Kirsty graduated from the University of Glasgow with an Honours Degree in Law with French in 2007, spending her third year reading French Civilian Law at the Université de Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, France. Returning to Scotland, Kirsty attained Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2008. She joined Digby Brown in 2010 and works as a Solicitor in the Insurance Litigation Department.
Kirsty specialises in work place accidents and road traffic accidents, including fatal cases. She has advocacy experience in the Sheriff Courts including conducting Diets of Proof. A high proportion of cases are raised in the Court of Session giving valuable experience in this higher forum and has have regular dealings with counsel. She is a professional member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
