Mark joined Digby Brown in January 2012 having spent four years with an Insurance litigation firm in Edinburgh. He graduated from the University of Glasgow and The University of Copenhagen with an LLB Honours. Mark qualified as a solicitor in August 2010. On qualitication Mark specialised in Professional Negligence predominantly defending claims made against solicitors. Mark moved to Digby Brown in January 2012 and is based in our Insurance Litigation team in Edinburgh. Mark pursues a wide variety of personal injury claims including contentious Industrial Accidents, Occupiers' Liability claims, Public Liability claims together with claims arising out of road traffic accidents.

Mark is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
