Neil joined Digby Brown in 2006 as director of HR. He joined the firm from a similar role in a major commercial law firm following periods in public companies and manufacturing.
A graduate in HR, Neil also holds diplomas in training management and management services and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Neil is a member of the professional management team. His key responsibilities include recruitment, training, communication and administration. He is also qualified in psychometric testing.
