Simon is an Associate working in our General Personal Injury Litigation Department. He joined Digby Brown as a trainee in 2005 after graduating with an LLB (Hons) and gaining his Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh. He specialises in all aspects of personal injury claims in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts with a particular interest in industrial accidents and health and safety at work. Simon is a notary public as well as being a member of the Scottish Young Lawyers Association and an accredited litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
