Simon graduated in 2006 from the University of Glasgow, joined Digby Brown LLP in 2009. He works on accidents involving Scottish people in foreign countries. This covers all types of accident including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents and other general holiday accidents as well as acting for foreign nationals who have had accidents in Scotland.

Simon has extensive Court experience in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. The majority of the Court work takes place within the Court of Session. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
