Stuart joined Digby Brown in 2007 having graduated from Glasgow University with an Honours degree in Economics and an LLB at Glasgow University. Stuart qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and works in the Catastrophic Injury Department, where he has been involved in the conduct of a number of high value brain and spinal cord injury cases.

Stuart also has experience in guardianship cases and regularly appears in the Sheriff Court seeking the appointment of Financial and Welfare Guardians. Stuart is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
