Trish McFadden joined Digby Brown in 1999. She is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and qualified in 2000. Trish is an Associate within the Clinical Negligence Department in Edinburgh. She specialises in Court of Session litigation and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). In addition Trish has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of personal injury cases, mainly within the Court of Session but also in the Sheriff Courts.
