First Wave

Cases are not proceeding to a hearing date because of the ongoing settlement discussions.
The Council have produced a Memorandum of Understanding document which is being discussed between the parties. We hope to have updates for the outstanding claimants in the next few weeks.

Second Wave

Claims lodged in November/December 2012 and responses lodged by the Council.  Awaiting further procedure from Employment Tribunal.
