First Wave
Several claims have now been settled.
A list of the outstanding claims has been sent to the solicitors for Aberdeenshire Council.
The Council are reviewing the list and will advise as to any preliminary issues with these claims. Once this task has been completed, the Tribunal will be informed and will thereafter advise as to further procedure, for example, if there is to be a preliminary hearing in relation to any preliminary points or if the claims are to progress to a full hearing.
At the moment, the Council have not indicated that they will be making further settlement offers.
In the meantime, we requested a CMD on 11 December 2012 to discuss further procedure.  We are awaiting a response from the Tribunal.

ET1’s and ET3’s have been lodged. Awaiting further procedure from ET. No current hearing date.
