First Wave
The Appeal decision has now been issued from the Court of Session and finds in the Claimants’ favour. The grievances lodged are now held to be in keeping with the relevant legislation. The claims have been referred back to the Dundee Employment Tribunal. 

We are in the process of arranging a hearing date sometime in October/November 2012 where these claims can be discussed further at the Employment Tribunal.
