First Wave

East Ayrshire Council are in the process of finalising lists of outstanding claims to pass to Digby Brown. This is anticipated to happen in April 2013 and we will hope to be in a position to update individual claimants soon afterwards.

Second  Wave

Case Management Discussion held in February 2013. It is likely that the cases will remain sisted (frozen) pending the resolution of outstanding First Wave Claims.
