First Wave

A settlement exercise is currently underway. To date 363 cases have been resolved following Roadshows in December 2012 and follow up telephone appointments, and the members have received their payouts.

Any cases where the Council have not made offers are subject to grievance and/or comparator issues and the GMB are continuing discussions with the Council in this regard.

Second Wave

Claims currently sisted pending the conclusion of settlement negations of the 1st wave claims.
