First wave claims which are awaiting the decision in North v Dumfries and Galloway Council will not be progressed until after that hearing in that case which is  scheduled for October 2012.

Second Wave
Second wave stand alone cases have not been dealt with by the Employment Tribunal which is awaiting the outcome of First wave cases.
