NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde Health Board

A decision of the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) found that the time period for which awards can be sought for the difference in wages is restricted to a 6 month period.  Preparation for a future hearing to decide the outcome of the cases is ongoing.  A further Case Management Discussion will take place on 17 April 2013 to determine further procedure.
