Preparing for court the key to obtaining biker’s losses

Mr H.'s Motorcycle was knocked down, whilst parked, by a car driver. The driver denied that he had and accused the biker of running in to the back of him. Digby Brown supported the biker and took the case close to a proof until the driver's lawyer agreed to pay for the biker's losses - the repairs his bike and the cost of hiring an alternative bike.
