First Wave

We are in the process of finalising settlement of all First Wave claims and have at present 3 claims outstanding to complete.

Second Wave

In this Council, outstanding residual claims have been incorporated into the Second Wave claims. Information is currently being exchanged between the parties and a further Case Management Discussion is set down for April 2013.
