Asbestosis caused scarring of lungs for shipyards worker

Mr W. was diagnosed with asbestosis at the age of 74.  Asbestosis is scarring of the lung caused by exposure to asbestos.  The diagnosis of asbestosis can be controversial and medical experts often disagree.  Our client had been exposed to asbestos when working as an Electrician in the shipyards in his youth.  Digby Brown took Mr W.’s case to Court and recovered damages of £30,000.
