    Manual handling issues cause repetitive strain injury to shoulder

    Mr M. sustained a strain to his left supraspinatus/shoulder following repetitive, heavy manual handling at work.  Despite indications from the defenders that our client was to receive no more than £6500, Digby Brown were content to proceed to a hearing before a Sheriff.  This ultimately led to the defenders increasing their offer to £10,000.
