Over double the initial offer when dealing with claim

Mrs W. was involved in an accident in a supermarket car park when she fell into a pot-hole. She sustained a fracture to the tip of her fibula. Dealing with the claim herself, Mrs W. was offered £2,500. She consulted Digby Brown and as the accident was of no fault of Mrs W., Digby Brown took on the case.  After entering negotiations with the Insurance company, the case settled for £6,000.
