Gordon Dalyell joined Digby Brown in 1998, and heads up the Correspondent Department. He has wide experience in dealing with many areas of personal injury, including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, fatal claims, and public liability claims, as well as claims for miscarriages of justice.

Gordon qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate in 2003. He has been accredited as a specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Society of Scotland.  He is a senior litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and was elected as the Executive Committee member for Scotland in 2010.
