Mark studied History at Stirling University before going to Aberdeen to study law. He joined Digby Brown in 2007 working in the firm's Dundee Office before moving to Edinburgh where he works in the Industrial Disease Department.

Mark works on all types of industrial disease cases including Asbestos claims, Noise Induced Deafness Cases and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome claims.  He has a broad background experience of most types of claims and has pursued compensation for victims of Road Traffic Accidents, Industrial Accidents as well as claims under the Human Rights Act. He has a particular interest in claims arising out of shipping accidents and asbestos exposure on-board ships.  He is an experienced litigator and has appeared in all levels of court from Small Claims to the Court of Session.   Mark is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and holds ‘Accredited Litigator' status.
