Thw Winter Dinner Dance for Spinal Injuries Scotland 2016

Every year, Digby Brown pulls out all the stops for their annual fundraising event, the Winter Dinner Dance, for Spinal Injuries Scotland (SIS) raising tens of thousands to support the charity’s work with spinal cord injured people across Scotland.

This year’s Winter Dinner Dance marked the twelfth year that Digby Brown have organised this event. On the night, the charity dinner raised an impressive £58,500 which means this event has raised over £600,000 for Spinal Injuries Scotland over its lifespan.

Chris Stewart, Digby Brown Partner and Head of the firm’s Serious Injury Department, said:

“The Digby Brown Winter Dinner Dance for Spinal Injuries Scotland is always an extraordinary event and this year was no exception.

“We were delighted to welcome so many guests and have Dara O Briain live on stage. All the entertainment throughout the evening ensured everyone had a great evening. All of this had an important aim though – to raise vital funds to support a great charity in its work across Scotland.

“At Digby Brown we personally see the incredible difference that Spinal Injuries Scotland makes to those living with spinal cord injury and their friends, relatives and carers. We are enormously proud of our long-term relationship with the charity and are thrilled that we were able to play our role in helping them continue their life changing work around Scotland.

“This event was a success due to the generosity of everyone involved and we would like to personally thank all those who attended the Digby Brown Winter Dinner Dance 2016 and donated generously on the night-  as well as everyone that supported the evening in many different ways.”
