Iona Brown

Iona joined the firm in 2000 having graduated from Glasgow University in 1993. Following graduation, she undertook academic research at Glasgow University, tutored in Medical Law and Ethics and has been published.

She is an Associate in our Ayr office within our Network department, specialising in workplace accidents with experience in road traffic accident litigation. She has also pursued civil claims arising out of fatal accidents.

Iona litigates in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She also acted for the pursuer in the Supreme Court case of Tracey Kennedy v Cordia LLP. She is a member of Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a Notary Public.
