A lifeline in COVID-19 deserves a five star review
With COVID-19 and a lockdown with no end in sight, someone taking the time to write a five star review on Trustpilot was a positive worth highlighting.
Graeme Cruickshanks wrote:

Graeme’s last 12 months haven’t been the best. He’s a self-employed taxi driver from Dundee who had the misfortune of having his cab hit by a young driver who took a corner too fast. Not only was the vehicle off the road for a couple of weeks but Graeme also sustained an injury to his back.
The young driver admitted fault. Digby Brown organised private physiotherapy and, seven months later, Graeme had made a full recovery. But then COVID-19 hit the UK and businesses began to close their doors. Graeme presumed his case would just be put on hold.
“It was a real struggle. I normally work eleven hour days but it wasn’t worth taking the risk and going out as there was no fares. I was stressed to the max about my finances, everything was getting put on my credit card which was almost to its limit. And I only had £10 in my pocket.
“I honestly expected my case to just come to a halt. I didn’t think Craig would be able to continue fighting on my behalf.
“But then he got in touch to say he was still able to progress my case despite COVID-19 which was welcome news at the time.”
Craig Brown, Associate Solicitor in our Dundee office, who was pursuing the case on Graeme’s behalf commented:
