Self employed Tattoo Artist receives over £65,000 after road traffic accident
Miss L. was involved in a road traffic accident in Edinburgh after a taxi hit her car side on when she was at a roundabout.
Miss L. suffered severe whiplash which kept her away from her work as a self employed tattoo artist who had started up her own business a few years before the accident.
Fault in the accident was admitted however the level of compensation offered by the Insurers no way represented the loss of earnings Miss L. had suffered. Her shop had to remain closed for months.
