Compass Brain Injury Specialists Ltd

Compass BISL is a Scottish charity providing specialist services for adults, children and young people with acquired brain injury (ABI) along with their families and carers.

They work across the whole of Dumfries and Galloway to help ABI survivors prepare for how their lives will change, and support them with their recovery and rehabilitation.

How Compass BISL help

Compass BISL are able to help people understand acquired brain injury and provide information, services and support to ABI Survivors, their families and friends.

They can assist people with ABI to access rehabilitation, respite and social inclusion. Their services include:

  • Outreach service across the region
  • Day service at the centre
  • Community support service
  • Hospital and carer support
